2007-1570.  Butler Cty. Bar Assn. v. Portman, Slip Opinion No. 2009-Ohio-1705.
On Certified Report by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, No. 06-058.  Clifford Scott Portman, Attorney Registration No. 0073390, is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in Ohio, effective as of December 21, 2007.
