Justice Cupp Congratulates Eagle Scouts

Supreme Court of Ohio Justice Robert R. Cupp served as the featured speaker at the Black Swamp Area Council Eagle Scout recognition banquet on Feb. 4. Justice Cupp, who's a past president of the council and the father of two Eagle Scouts, congratulated 115 Eagle Scouts who earned the rank in 2011 from the council’s 13 northwestern Ohio counties. The ceremony took place at the University of Northwestern Ohio.
