The Office of Fiscal Resources is responsible for implementing the court's budget, including the payment of the salaries of the judges of the state. The office also processes purchase requisitions and payment vouchers, completes an annual inventory, prepares budget reports and forecasts, and assists the court in managing over $120 million in the Supreme Court/Judiciary budget. The Office of Fiscal Resources also oversees the operation of the Records Management Program.

The office also works to ensure proper internal controls are in place to maintain compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, particularly with regard to purchasing, travel reimbursements and grants.

Development of Family Resource Guides for Use in Family Dependency Treatment Drug Courts

Through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking proposals for an experienced Consultant to develop two readily available Family Drug Court Resource Guides to assist in ensuring education for Family Dependency Treatment Court treatment teams and other key stakeholders, while ensuring fidelity to the Family Drug Treatment Model.

Proposals in relation to this RFP are to be received electronically by the Court no later than May 9, 2017.

Print Production and Related Services

The Supreme Court of Ohio, through the Office of Attorney Services, is seeking sealed proposals for the production, preparation, and mailing of attorney registration materials, attorney registration cards, and card carriers for the 2017/2019 biennium in accordance with the specifications identified in the RFP.

Proposals in relation to this RFP are to be received by the Court no later than April 20, 2017, 4 p.m. EST.

Request for Proposal

Development and Implementation of a Post-Secondary Court Interpreter Curriculum Program

The Supreme Court of Ohio is seeking to identify an institution of higher learning to partner with in relation to the development and implementation of a Court Interpreter Curriculum Program, which will be delivered primarily through distance learning. In collaboration with the Court, the successful Institution shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a pilot program, in which the curriculum will be transitioned into a distance learning methodology.

Proposals in relation to this RFP are to be received by the Court, via email, no later than May 9, 2017, 2 p.m. EST, and shall be sent directly to Cindy Collins, Purchasing Officer at Cindy.Collins@sc.ohio.gov.
