NOW OPEN: 2019 SSIP Competitive Grant for Ohio Juvenile Courts (Only)

The 2019 SSIP Competitive Grant application period for eligible Ohio Juvenile Courts (ONLY) is now OPEN. Applications are due by Friday, April 12, 2019.

Access the grant solicitation and application documents.

The current Ohio SSIP grant cycle will serve to improve outcomes for families in the child welfare system affected by parental substance use disorders by expanding the scale (i.e., penetration rate of the larger child welfare and substance abuse treatment systems) and scope (i.e., range of comprehensive services for families) of FDTCs. The solicitation will offer two (2) categories of funding opportunities:

Category 1: Language access focused projects (funding priority)
Category 2: Technology focused projects

Applicant courts will be eligible to submit one application in each Category: one application for language access focused projects and a second application for technology focused projects.

Note: Juvenile Division Courts performing infusion of one or more of the seven key ingredients of FDTCs are not eligible for Category 1 Language access grants.
