For the case In re Fuller, the Court suspended Delaware County attorney Jason Michael Fuller from the practice of law for an interim period due to a felony conviction.

In Phoenix Lighting Group, L.L.C. v. Genlyte Thomas Group, L.L.C., the Court denied a motion for reconsideration.
In State ex rel. Jefferson v. Black, the Court dismissed the case because relator Earl Jefferson II had not filed a merit brief by its due date.

In State v. Balmert, the Court denied appellant Edward Balmert’s request to stay his sentence pending an appeal and included a written dissent.

In State v. Bates, the Court found appellant Robert Bates’ memorandum in support of jurisdiction exceeded the permitted page limit and struck pages 15 and 16 of the memorandum.
