Crozier v. Pipe Creek Conservancy, L.L.C.
State ex rel. Tentman v. Sundermann
The Court dismissed Crozier v. Pipe Creek Conservancy as having been improvidently accepted and let a lower court ruling stand.
In Disciplinary Counsel v. Dusing, the Court suspended Benjamin Dusing of Fort Wright, Kentucky, from the practice of law in Ohio for three years. He will not be reinstated in Ohio until he is reinstated to the practice of law in Kentucky.

In State ex rel. Anthony v. Crawford Cty. Mun. Court, the Court ordered the respondents to file a response, if they choose to, by Thursday, April 17 at 5 p.m. to relator Scott Anthony’s motion for emergency relief.
The Court published official versions of nine opinions, which were previously released as slip opinions.
The Court declined to review State v. Bissell.

In State v. Knight, the Court ordered the clerk of the Court of Appeals for Mahoning County to transmit the case record within 10 days or demonstrate why he should not be held in contempt of court.

In State ex rel. Johnston v. N. Olmsted City School Dist. Bd. of Edn., the Court rejected a teacher’s request for five years of backpay, finding she could have pursued the issue through her union contract.

In State ex rel. Mauk v. Sheldon, the Court ordered the Richland County sheriff to produce records for the Court to review.
