Professionalism CLE Guidelines, Effective 1/1/14
Developed by the Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, these guidelines include suggested issues and topics for inclusion in professionalism education offered pursuant to Gov. Bar R. X and Gov. Jud. R. IV.

CLE Guidelines for Anti-Racism Education Programs
Developed by the Ohio State Bar Foundation and its Past Presidents Advisory Council and endorsed by the Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, these guidelines are recommended for developing anti-racism programs which are appropriate for professionalism CLE credit. The guidelines are intended to encourage the development of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education courses on issues regarding racism and race relations, to enhance the quality of such anti-racism programs and to promote improvements in the justice system throughout the state of Ohio by directly addressing racism, a core impediment to equal systemic justice.
