Justice Kennedy (left) administered the oath of office to newly elected Justice R. Patrick DeWine (right) of Cincinnati in a private ceremony at his home on Monday, December 26, 2016. Justice DeWine's public ceremonial swearing-in will be held at the Thomas J. Moyer Judicial Center in Columbus on February 9, 2017.
