The Court dismissed Crozier v. Pipe Creek Conservancy as having been improvidently accepted and let a lower court ruling stand.


In Disciplinary Counsel v. Dusing, the Court suspended Benjamin Dusing of Fort Wright, Kentucky, from the practice of law in Ohio for three years. He will not be reinstated in Ohio until he is reinstated to the practice of law in Kentucky.

The Court declined to review State v. Bissell.

In State v. Knight, the Court ordered the clerk of the Court of Appeals for Mahoning County to transmit the case record within 10 days or demonstrate why he should not be held in contempt of court.
